Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nathan IT Infrastructure LLC (Nathan IT/Nathan Digital) we aim to deliver our services with transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made by credit card for any of our products or services, including digital services, subscriptions, implementation fees, and top-ups.
1. General Policy
- All payments made by credit card are final and non-refundable, except as specifically outlined in this policy.
- Because our services are delivered digitally or commence immediately upon payment, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, partial use, or unused services.
2. Subscription
- Our subscriptions run on a twelve (12) month basis and can be renewed with written notice to have the subscription renewed.
- Should you cancel your subscription outside of the refund window, your subscription will be cancelled, and your service will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.
3.Refund Eligibility Criteria
The following terms and conditions will apply to a refund window period:
- Duplicate charge: The same payment was processed more than once.
- Payment error: A transaction was processed due to a technical issue with our system or the payment gateway.
- Service non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver or provide the purchased service due to a verified issue on our side and cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
4.Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:
- Technical issues: Should you experience constant technical issues, and the product fails to function as advertised or promised, despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue through our support channels.
- Non-delivery of Promised Features: Where key features or functionalities essential to the product’s advertised value are missing or not functioning as described.

5. Refunds will not be considered for the following reasons:
- Should you decide that you are no longer interested in the product, due to a change of mind or any other reason that does not fall within the eligibility criteria.
- Minor issues that could be easily resolved through our customer support channels.
- One-time implementation or setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Services already rendered, credits or tokens already used (partially or fully), and any promotional bonuses are non-refundable.
- You have failed to thoroughly review the product and its functionality and features.
6. Refund Process
- All refund requests will be reviewed thoroughly to determine if they meet the eligibility criteria.
- We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with this policy.
- In isolated instances, upon review of the reasons behind a refund request we may offer alterative solutions to meet your needs.
7. How to request a Refund

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
8.Cancellations

- Cancellations only prevent future charges. Any fees already paid for the current billing period remain non-refundable.
9.Modifications
- This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
